Robogenz Official Policies (Summary)

Attendance: Trainees must maintain a minimum of 80% physical attendance to be eligible for a certificate. Arriving more than 10 minutes late constitutes a "Late", and 3 lates equal 1 absence.

Refunds: Cancellations made >24 hours prior to course start incur a 10% administrative deduction. Cancellations made 1 day before incur a 25% deduction. Cancellations on or after the start date are non-refundable (0%). Sibling and course transfers are permitted.
